Haleem



Ingredients:

1/2 lb to 1 lb stew meat (Tastes better if used with boned meat).
1/2 pound wheat seeds (pre-shelled, white wheat)


For garnishing:

cinnamon
sugar
heated cooking oil


Directions:

Pre-soak the wheat 1-2 hours before cooking.Wash and put the wheat in a pot and cover
withenough water sothat the water tops the wheat. On high heat let it cook untilthe water
starts boiling.
